Who Are We
Compass Community Collaborative (C3)
Started in 2024 by a group of parents of IDD Adults, dedicated to creating a "Forever Community ", C3 provides support towards independent housing and employment for neuro-diverse and intellectually developmentally disabled adults. We partner with individuals and public or private organizations to enrich their lives and assist in their active community participation after families are no longer able to support them. Our mission is to create a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers individuals to lead fulfilling lives.

MISSION
Compass Community Collaborative (C3) provides support to neuro-diverse and intellectually disabled adults for independent housing and employment by partnering with individuals and public or private organizations to enrich their lives and assist in their active community participation after families are no longer able to support them.
Through collaborative efforts, Canton Oaks cultivates an interdependent community where families and guardians work together to empower IDD residents achieve independence.
