Refund Policy JANUARY 2025 Overview At Compass Community Collaborative (C3), we deeply appreciate your support in helping us fulfill our mission to provide housing support and services for neuro-diverse and intellectually developmentally disabled (IDD) adults in Michigan. We strive to maintain transparency and accountability regarding donations and transactions made through our website. Donations General Policy Donations made to Compass Community Collaborative (C3) are generally non-refundable. As a nonprofit organization, funds are immediately allocated to support our programs and services, making it challenging to process refunds. Exceptional Circumstances Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations: The donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate transaction or incorrect amount). Technical issues occurred during the donation process, leading to unintended charges. Fraudulent transactions or unauthorized use of a payment method. To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date using the contact information provided below. Event Registrations If you register for a paid event or workshop hosted by Compass Community Collaborative (C3) and need to cancel, refunds may be issued under the following conditions: Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund but could be considered for credit toward a future event. Memberships If you purchase merchandise through our website, refunds or exchanges may be offered in the following cases: Items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping fees for returns may apply unless the return is due to our error. Canton Oaks IDD Condos: Phase I Half-Filled in Under an Hour! 6/27/25, 5:00 PM 50% full after 45 minutes of Canton Oaks IDD Condo Priority Waitlist Application Opening The opening of the Priority Waitlist applications for Three Oaks Communities' Canton Oaks IDD Condos on June 26th at 7 PM was met with an astounding response. Within a mere 45 minutes, completed applications accounted for 50% of the Phase I IDD Condos. Demand for IDD housing is high and availability is low, so to be part of this exciting new neuro-inclusive community, Join C3 and the application to purchase or rent a Canton Oaks IDD Condo will be sent to you.
